Terms

SHIPPING

  • All items will be shipped direct from Europe or from our office. 
  • Shipping is prepaid and charged on account.
  • We use FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
  • We recommend customers create an account with UPS and FedEx so that their customs offices have your business information on file. This streamlines the import and also reduces the possibility of admin fees.
  • If you would like to use your own shipping method or account, please contact us.

STOCK AUTOMOTIVE LEATHER

  • Your initial invoice is a Pro-forma invoice based on an estimate of 55 square feet per leather hide.
  • Once your order is processed and packaged for shipping you may receive an additional adjustment invoice/credit to account for the actual hide size.
  • Orders will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
  • Late payments or accounts 30 days past due will be subject to 30% APR interest charge (compound monthly @ 2.5%).

CUSTOM LEATHER ORDERS

  • A sample deposit of $250 will be required before processing of samples can commence. Any residual balance will be applied toward production balance.
  • Once samples are approved, orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in full.
  • Once final payment is made, the project is considered final with no further alterations accepted.
  • Actual leather square footage may vary +/- 10%. This will be deemed acceptable. Any overage/underage is the responsibility of the client.
  • Balance payment on +/- required before shipping.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Wire transfer.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

    • All products must be inspected within 1 week of receipt. Any visible damage from shipping must be disclosed to the courier upon receipt.
    • Any hidden damage that could have been caused by shipping must be reported to the courier company within 24 hours. (ie, bent or crushed package that was not obvious on receipt).
    • Returns of stock automotive leather, fabric, carpet, or other, will only be accepted with a return authorization form.
    • Returns will only be accepted if requested within 10 days of receipt of goods.
    • Returns will not be accepted on any custom tanned leather.
  • For all approved returns a credit on account will be issued.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • All freight charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
